This procedure allows to increase the volume of the breasts in a way that natural and without implants and without visible scarring. The technique has obtained its authorization only since 2011 in France in the context of cosmetic surgery.
This procedure is intended for women who wish to have a breast augmentation and a more prominent cleavage without having recourse to implants.

It takes place at medical practice. You will discuss with Dr. Alexandre G. LELLOUCH in order to specify your expectations and he will determine with you the best possible option.
A additional examinations will be prescribed (adapted according to each patient) as well as preoperative photos will be performed.
At the end of the consultation, the plastic surgeon will give you a estimate and a operative consent.
Location of scars: A small incision of 0.4mm under the breast fold / or around the areola (depending on the case and to be discussed with Dr LELLOUCH).
Dr. Alexandre G. LELLOUCH will identify the fat donor areas in agreement with the patient (thigh, abdomen (love handles), other). Dr Alexandre G. LELLOUCH will prepare the fat in the operating room under sterile conditions and reinject it into the breasts using a reinjection cannula. Depending on the patient, there may be 20-40% fat loss after one month.
